With over 15 years of expertise in the industry and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion, Grant has built a career focused on high-quality craftsmanship and innovative design solutions.

In 2015, he founded SimpleSide Construction with a clear vision: to provide top-tier service to clients while fostering a fantastic workplace for his team. His experience in coastal construction has played a vital role in shaping the company’s approach, ensuring that every project is built to withstand the elements while maintaining an aesthetic appeal. Under his leadership, SimpleSide Construction has earned recognition in the industry, including the prestigious Parade of Homes – People’s Choice Award. As an LDX Graduate, Grant continues to stay at the forefront of construction best practices and emerging technologies.

Beyond his professional achievements, Grant is passionate about creating a balance between work and life. When he’s not overseeing projects or working with clients, he enjoys spending time at the beach, surfing, fishing, and perfecting his skills in cooking and grilling.
